Tandoori Chowder

Our most flavourful, fragrant and satisfying soup offering at Hooked.

Kristin worked the idea of a tandoori salmon sauce into a soup about eight years ago to the delight of our customers. Chunks of salmon, sweet potato, carrot, potato, loaded with warm Indian spice, fresh cilantro, tomato and yogourt.

Beautiful served on its own, even better over warm basmati rice with fresh naan bread.
