Raw Bar - 12 pieces of 6-8 Shrimp Tales

One pound of our favourite shrimp, poached and served with Hooked house-made Cocktail Sauce (250ml).

In Canada, we call these shrimp "6-8s" because there are between 6 and 8 tails per pound. In the US these are called Super Colossal which starts to do justice to how amazing these are! Naturally raised without feed or chemicals; the mangrove forest provides all that is required.
