Lobster Bisque - FRESH

We wanted our customers to enjoy the decadence of lobster bisque without all of the cream and butter. While there is some of both in each jar, this velvety puree is thickened with potato instead of cream. Made with our lobster stock, enriched with organic vegetables, wine and tomatoes, then pureed into a smooth, rich soup, with chunks of lobster added to each jar. Our bisque can easily be stretched by pouring over rice or by adding to pasta.
