We take great pride in our house smoked fish at Hooked. A labour of love that has evolved over the ten years we have been in business. We take the tails of our smoked salmon and trout, whip them with cream cheese, buttermilk, cream, green onion, lemon and pepper to make a truly excellent dip. Enjoy with bagels, chips, on a cracker or shmeared over toasted pumpernickel.
