HOOKED Potted Prawns

This is the single most indulgent item we make at Hooked.
Pretty ridiculous, actually… Shallots, butter, sherry, cream, and wild side-striped prawns. A little cream cheese mixed in, along with some sliced caper berries.
This, slathered on crusty baguette or cracker is just heaven.
