Fish Butchery Fundamentals

The time to learn is NOW. Come and hang out with Kristin for a small and very focused workshop that is completely hands on. There will be discussion, demonstration, and then full on fish butchery. We will do a quick pan fry lesson and eat the fruits of our labour, sending you home with extra filets and sauce to practice with.
