The ins and outs of fish processing and filleting. Literally.
Gutting and scaling. Butterflying and filleting - With a ton of support of course!
Each guest will have 2 full fish to work with, nose to tail.
Come and hang out with Kristin for a small and very focused workshop that is completely hands on. There will be discussion, demonstration, and then full on fish butchery.
We will finish the evening by pan frying our fish and sitting down to enjoy all of our hard work.
