This zero-proof cocktail is part of Fin Soda's Colabb Edition with Stem Bar in Montreal, a popular spot on Rue Notre-Dame. This drink was inspired by the aromas in Canadian white wines: citrus, pears and herbs, and fresh eucalyptus used to bring lots of depth. The addition of oolong tea brings texture that really makes this drink perfectly balanced. It is beautiful and refreshing, a light pear taste with some depth.
