Our best selling soup. Kristin worked out this recipe over time, wanting to yield a rich, creamy, chunky soup without all of the cream. This soup literally eats like a meal and can be stretched to make more meals by serving over rice or mashed potatoes. Full of ontario organic vegetables, mussels, white ocean fish and oysters, our chowder is like a big warm hug on a cold day.
