Capirete Sherry Vinegar

There is no substitute for the complex nutty flavours of Spanish sherry vinegar. Palomino grapes are aged for 4 years in oak barrels previously used for sherry. The longer it ages the more concentrated, darker and sweet the vinegar will become. PDO designation
