Marinated White Anchovies

Anchovies (Boquerones) from Pujado Solano are some of the best in the world. Prepared by hand the same day they are caught, these anchovies are selected and filleted to ensure the highest quality. Behind these anchovy fillets is a long preparation process in which the fillets are sliced by hand following traditional techniques practised in Santoña for over a century. Once opened, keep the anchovies covered in oil and use it within 7 days.
