Ar de Arte Galacian Fried Mussels

Ar de Arte mussels come from the Ría de Arousa, Spain. They are grown in rafts, a traditional indigenous breeding system that respects the natural growth of this bivalve and allows the sustainability of its extraction. After a meticulous selection of size and quality, the mussels are then fried just enough to give firmness and texture, cleaned and packed, placing each piece one at a time for a beautiful presentation. To serve, these are really good just as they are tapas-style straight from the can. Ar De Arte's line of delicious, hand-picked Galician seafood preserves stand out not just for quality and taste but also their beautiful design. Launched in collaboration with local painter Fernando Rei, they pay tribute to both the region's stunning coasts and its historic fishing traditions.
