Tuna is a treat worthy of any occasion. Whether eaten raw as poke or seared to form a delicious crust but still rare inside, quality yellowfin tuna is not at all fishy but is savory, meaty, with a slight sweet freshness that is incredible. 

Be careful not to overcook as it can develop a sharp almost metallic flavour and a texture like canned tuna.
