HOOKED Caper Cream Cheese, 8 ounces

We decided to combine all of the things we love with smoked salmon: cream cheese, red onion, capers, lemon and dill.

So we whip together cream cheese with a little buttermilk, and fold all of these lovely flavours to make the best smoked fish condiment.
