Our Haddock gently handled, which this delicate fish requires.

Haddock is perfect for pan-frying, breading (fish'n'chips!), or steaming.  Fillets of Haddock have a perfect, tiny flake which makes this fish melt in your mouth. It's a great treat to see this fish well-caught and we are so happy when we have it in our stores.
