Copper River Sockeye which is gill-net caught, landed in Cordova, Alaska.
The Copper River is first river to see it's Salmon come home, these fatty beautiful fish herald the wild salmon season. It's also a wonderfully managed, small fishery. We love supporting these fishers.

These fillets are skin-on, bone out.
