These beautiful, premium Spot Prawns were caught in British Columbia's unique, derby-style fishery this spring by our friends at 46 South.
The Spot Prawns were prepared on board the fishing vessel, Golden Ocean, where they were carefully de-headed, put into brine and flash frozen so you can re-live those glory days of early summer with this amazing Canadian catch!
Each container is 1 lb of Spot Prawns, frozen in brine. Thaw for 24 hours in your fridge and use as you would fresh prawn tails.
