Ahi Tuna

Ahi is the Hawaiian name for Yellowfin Tuna - a true tuna in the same family as Bluefin, Bigeye and Albacore.

The flesh is deep red while raw. Tuna is a treat worthy of any occasion. Whether eaten raw as sushi or seared to form a delicious crust but still rare inside, quality yellowfin tuna is not at all fishy but is savoury, meaty, with a slight sweet freshness that is incredible.
