HOOKED Crab Cakes
We set out to make a crab cake without filler, without potato, and without red pepper (yeck). Ours is delicate and so full of flavour. Made with reduced coconut milk, lemongrass, lime leaf, cilantro, PEI rock crab and Pacific cod, our cake is a thing of beauty and has become a staple for so many of our customers.
Served with a dollop of our ginger lime mayo plus a wee side salad and you’ve got a lovely meal.

Blast frozen and vacuum sealed.
