This is a celebration of beautiful shellfish from across the country, from producers and harvesters that we have worked with since the start of Hooked. We treasure our relationships and feel so much pride in the quality of what these folks provide for us. Each item has been carefully selected to represent the absolute best of responsible, honest and pristine seafood.
First Course -
BC scallop crudo with wild BC kelp vinaigrette, sunflower seed praline, sea asparagus, seedlings, extra virgin sunflower oil and sea salt
Main Course -
Soupe aux fruits de mer with Blackbird crostini and garlic aioli. An incredible array of shellfish including PEI mussels, NS lobster, BC manila clams, wild BC spot prawns and pacific octopus, all cooked in a rich broth of fennel, onion, saffron and fish fumet.

Deep, dark and dreamy chocolate pots de creme with chocolate chunk biscotti
