HOOKED Salmon Rillette


Our rillettes make a beautiful accompaniment to a charcuterie board, fishcuterie board, or just as a special treat.

We slow bake our steelhead salmon at 180º until tender, then gently mix with softened shallots, white wine, clarified butter and finish with sliced French cornichons.

Serve at room temperature, with fresh bread and someone to share with.
