Arctic Char Pastrami, 200g
Fred (who worked with us for years and now works at the Danforth location) is responsible for this one!
We cure our char is a blend of brown sugar, sea salt and spices for up to 36 hours. Once rinsed, the char is air-dried, brushed with maple syrup, and finished with our Hooked Pastrami seasoning mix. Different and crazy delicious.
