If this is YOU then let’s hang out and demystify the wonders of home fishcuterie! We will learn how and when to brine, cure, what works best and for how long... Hot smoking, cold smoking and gravlax, too. We'll use whatever vessels and tools you might have at home. We will then cook and eat a few composed dishes together, using our amazing newfound skills.
